A program, not a one-off visit
A community with many roofs rarely needs every one treated at once. Some will be strong candidates, some will need small fixes first, and a few may be past helping. We start by assessing each building and setting out, roof by roof, what treatment can do and where a roofer should take over.
From there the work is phased into a program the board or manager can approve in stages. Each building is treated slope by slope, with the same coverage checks we use on a single house, and its condition is noted so later checks have something to compare against.

Dates are agreed with the manager so residents know which building is being treated and when.
Cars and paths minded
Vehicles near the eaves are moved or covered, and walkways are kept clear of drips and gear.

Do you treat tile or flat commercial roofs?
The rejuvenation treatment is for asphalt shingles. Tile roofs can be cleaned and clear-sealed through our tile service; flat and metal roofs are outside what we do.
Can the work be split across budget years?
Yes. Phasing is built into the program, and the order can follow whichever roofs are aging fastest.
