Assessment
Roof Rejuvenation Assessment in Indian Rocks Beach
Before anything is applied, someone climbs up and checks whether your shingles can still benefit. You come away knowing which way the roof should go, and why.

What gets checked up there
An asphalt roof can look tired from the driveway and still be a strong candidate, or look tidy and be too far gone. The only way to know is to handle the shingles. We bend a few on each slope to judge how much flexibility is left, look at how much granule cover has worn away, and note the age of the roof as closely as it can be told.
We also look for the things treatment cannot fix: shingles cracked through, lifted tabs, soft spots in the deck, and the marks a Gulf storm can leave on a barrier-island roof. Each slope is noted separately, because the side that takes the afternoon sun often ages faster than the rest.
How the visit runs
On the phone
Give us the town and roughly when the roof went on, plus any grit you have seen in the gutters or marks on a ceiling.
On the roof
Each slope is checked in turn for flexibility, granule loss and damage.
On the ground
We go through what we found on each slope, in plain terms, before any talk of price.
The answer
Whether treatment makes sense for this roof, said plainly, with a price attached when it does.
Where the answer can land
Most roofs fall clearly on one side of this line, and we will tell you which side yours is on.
Ready, or nearly ready, for treatment
Better sent to a roofer
- Active leaks or stained ceilings
- Shingles brittle enough to snap when lifted
- Storm damage across a whole slope
- A deck that gives underfoot
Want to know where your roof stands?
One visit settles it: yes or no, the reasons behind it, and a price if treatment makes sense.
